Many time mobile or laptop (or other battery powered devices) gives unexpected responses like mouse or keyboard does not work in laptop and in mobile touch screen does not working properly in such case try following steps:

As battery powered device contains power source, after turning device off there will be power in Integrated circuits and capacitor for little time. but in some instant discharging of capacitor power and circuit power fails due to this devices gets confused when we start it again. for solving this problem we should first try following steps:

>> Firstly remove power cable connected to the device.

>> Remove battery connected with the device

>> Press power key of device for 10-15 seconds to allow discharging  circuit board.(i.e. capacitor and other circuit components)

>> connect battery again. and power source if required

>> start device again and check if problem solved. personally i solved problem in many conditions.
